FIPSE Grant

In 2004 NEO received a $440,861 grant from the U.S. Department of Education Fund for the Improvement of Post-Secondary Education (FIPSE).  The grant competition is designed to support innovative reform projects that hold promise as models for the resolution of important issues and problems in postsecondary education. NEO is honored to have received this prestigious grant award.  It is our goal to expand our educational programs and share the success of our program  so that other educational programs can utilize this model and benefit from the experiences learned.
